121 Training sessions still available on Zoom

We have been running online training very successfully since Covid-19 forced us into lockdown, and online training has proved so effective and popular that this service will be continuing for the foreseeable future.

Even when small “face to face” classes will be able to resume outdoors, I will not doing any “face to face” 121 home visits for the time being. All 121 work is running successfully online, and I am still running weekly online classes. In fact online training has so many benefits that I have incorporated the online aspect into my “in person” puppy classes – with the first class being online.

There are many benefits of training your puppy or dog in this manner. You will be able to focus solely on your dog without worrying about the distraction of the other dogs and people. There is no travel time to the venue, and the entire family can be present. The best place to start to teach your dog new behaviours is in a low distraction envirionment such as the house.

Dogs who are anxious around other dogs or people can join the class, whereas an “face to face” class would most likely not be suitable for them. I have also had the pleasure of working with people who are outside of my normal area of Dorking, Surrey, and have had people from all over London attend online classes, which could not happen if it were not for the online classes.

Plus you get membership of a private Facebook group just for members of your class which is a private area for you to ask questions, share videos, get feedback, and where I share handouts and videos relating to content we cover in class. You will also receive the recording of the class (or 121 session) afterwards so you can watch it back at anytime as a recap.
